“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.”
― Thich Nhat Hanh

What is Breath work?
Breathwork is considered the new Yoga. In the wellness world, breathwork is very well-known and slowly moving its way to the public for all to benefit from this powerful practice.
Research has demonstrated that breathwork can reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD and ADD. However, its power extends beyond the biological effects—it is also one of the fastest ways to shift our mental and emotional state at any given moment. By incorporating this practice, we tap into our inner wisdom and gain a deeper awareness of ourselves, our lives and the choices we make, cultivating overall well-being and happiness.
Plus, the breath is always accessible and free, offering a simple tool to bring harmony and peace in our lives whenever needed.

Our brain consumes 20-25% of our oxygen supply for nourishment. However, in today's world—filled with pollution, air-conditioned spaces, and reduced physical activity—we often don’t get the oxygen we need. By practicing conscious connected breathing, we not only gift the brain with the oxygen it craves but also nourish our internal organs, release stored trauma and unlock a range of additional benefits.
